the elephant head was the most unusual piece in her
wardrobe & even though she never wore it in public, it
gave her great comfort to know she could if she wanted to.

when i think about it..
the path of mindful, isn’t easy. but
when i am kinder to me, and let go
of the moments of not so mindful,
maintaining the path is so much
easier.

when i think about it..
my studio is full of goodness. and
the love the shop has been shown, also
is a gentle reminder that i need to keep
on keeping the paintings moving.

when i think about it..
when you tell that “one” how your are feeling,
even though it sometimes can feel icky and
maybe a little embarrassing or needy, that
when you see them trying to fix what needed
to be fixed – it is way better than holding it
in and letting the wound fester.

when i think about it..
my new sage, cedar and lavendar bundle
brings a little color, a little cleanse and
a little om into my rooms.

when i think about it..
just thinking about wearing my new
“i am awesome” tee as i get back
into the run, has me giggling.

when i think about it..
days i feel lonely here, never
quite settled or like i belong is
just fine. for now i will find ways
to make the happy here. and
never stop the dream of finding
happy – there.

when i think about it..
the weekend is here. and
when the big party is over tomorrow
then i will take sunday to kick back
but monday – back to work.
