tomorrow i head east. to a land where my life began opening 5 years ago. where i came upon happy souls who have lit my journey with little lanterns, stories and kindness.

tomorrow i head east. for a week under leaf capped trails, loons singing us all to sleep and vintage ice boxes on the porch, keeping the beer cold.

tomorrow i head east. holding my hamilton girls close. wishing they heading there too, but excited to see so many happy faces and colorful souls

tomorrow i head east. squam art workshops. i call dibs on the ice cream line!

today is my boy gabe’s 21st birthday!  this kid just brings a smile to my face. he charms us with his sick humor and his amazing ability to pick up just about any instrument and play by ear. 21 years of entertaining us all, well except that one year, the cutting of a curling iron cord and sticking a bobby pin in my ignition, just wasn’t that funny. happy birthday GABE-A-WHEEL! (now go clean your room). tonight – the beer is on me.

so many good things happening on CHICKADEE ROAD.  today there might just be a little surprise, just for you. (make sure your printer is full of ink and plugged in!) Our chickadee road::studio sessions is filling up with happy faces. Liz and I are so giddy  over here! come along for 4 weeks of gathering, nuturing and circling. it’s going to be so good.  registration is open.

september is filled with some amazing goodness over here. this week is filled with the sounds of squam and the end of september i will be heading west to gather with more amazing souls at the unearth retreat (what’s that, you want to come too! well come on! ). i can’t thank you enough for all your shop love. through october the shop is closed while i am off jet setting through our lovely art community. reopening in time for a little holiday shopping!
